One person believes it is all right to eat anything. But another believer with a sensitive conscience will eat only vegetables. Those who feel free to eat anything must not look down on those who do not. And those who don’t eat certain foods must not condemn those who do, for God has accepted them.
It is made clear to us that the Israelites’ observance of the Sabbath became meaningless before God and thus, should be stopped (Hos. 2:1 1). Even our Lord Jesus Christ did not observe the day of rest as what is written in Luke 13:14-16.
There was a time when mankind did not know evil; they did not know the difference between good and evil. God knew the differences, so He cautioned Adam as it is written in Genesis 2:16, God warned him.
“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.”
